What makes Zoë + Zuri Modern Naturals different?
We use only all natural and organic ingredients—no parabens, no fillers, no shortcuts. Our oils are kept in their purest form to preserve nutrients, antioxidants, and the natural benefits your skin and hair deserve.

 

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our products are made with gentle, plant based ingredients that are safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, if you have allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test before full use.

 

Can children use Zoë + Zuri products?
Absolutely. Our products are family friendly and safe for little ones. As always, use sparingly on young children and monitor for sensitivity.

 

How long will it take to see results?
Results vary depending on the product and your unique skin or hair needs. Many of our customers notice improvements within a few weeks of consistent use.

 

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We never test on animals—only on ourselves and our loved ones.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International shipping times vary by location and customs processing.

 

Tracking Your Order

For questions about shipped orders, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once shipped, you’ll also receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Once an order leaves our hands, it is under the responsibility of USPS, and Zoë + Zuri no longer has control over its delivery status.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS. For complete details on our damaged order policy, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

 

Incorrect Addresses
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our all-natural skincare and haircare products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

Damaged Orders
All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, and damage during transit is extremely rare. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We will gladly provide the necessary documentation (invoice, tracking details, and shipping confirmation) to assist with your claim.

 

Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@zoeandzuri.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily replace the item(s) or issue a refund if necessary.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted for incorrect orders.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
