When will I receive my package?
You should receive your package within 7 business days after placing your order.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19, USPS is experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We will only replace items that arrive defective within a 3 day window of the delivery date. If item has been damaged during shipping, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Items will be shipped Monday thru Friday.
For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of USPS, and the order is no longer in our control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, Please email us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed orders or orders damaged during shipping.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
